Dolores Huerta Mobile App
To enhance your experience with the virtual tour, we suggest visitors download the Dolores Huerta app available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. This bilingual mobile tour accompanies the Smithsonian traveling exhibition Dolores Huerta: Revolution in the Fields/Revolución en los Campos. It features 16 videos of Dolores Huerta discussing her lifetime of fighting for the rights of farm workers. Together with fellow United Farm Workers leader César Chávez, organizing marches, boycotts, strikes and more, Dolores Huerta played a critical role in the farm workers movement of the ‘60s and ‘70s. It is a quintessentially American tale of struggle and sacrifice, of courage and victory.
