The press release files are organized chronologically into two sub-groups: Special Appearances and Constituent Concerns, which are subsequently divided into series arrangement. The Special Appearance files contain articles and press releases documenting Senator Lagomarsino's appearances at local celebrations and events. The Constituent Concerns files contain articles, individual correspondence (between constituents and the Senator), and press releases regarding such issues as the citrus white fly, consumer food packaging, dognapping, income tax withholding, juvenile narcotic arrests, school construction bonds, and traffic concerns. Some Constituent Concerns files are confidential (See Civil Code Section 1798.24(h)).
