Who Can Reserve a Study Room
Only currently enrolled CI students with a valid Dolphin ID number may reserve student study rooms, using the John Spoor Broome Library’s online reservation system. Student study rooms are reservable for groups of two or more CI students. Individual students are encouraged to use open study spaces and cubicles within Broome Library. Open study spaces and cubicles are not reservable, and are available on a first come, first served basis.
Reservation Specifics
- Student study rooms may be reserved in 30 min. blocks for a maximum of 2 hours per reservation.
- Students may hold up to 2 reservations at a time.
- Multiple room reservations for the same day must occur at least 4 hours apart.
- Room reservations will be forfeited after 15 min. if students do not show up for their reservation
- Students may reserve study rooms up to 2 weeks in advance
