Library Partnerships to Achieve Student Success (PASS) Program

Both Broome Library and CI student support programs have similar goals: to give students the skills, knowledge, and access to resources that will help them achieve academic success.  By establishing partnerships between the two, we would ensure that students from historically underserved populations are receiving holistic support from both student affairs and academic affairs. The Library PASS Program provides a way to form these partnerships and integrate information literacy and library instruction into campus student support programs.

When you become a Library PASS Program partner, you will meet one-on-one with a librarian to discuss the unique needs of the students your program serves.  The librarians will then develop a customized plan to meet the needs of your students.  This could include anything from research assistance in your location to specialized workshops for your students to in-service training for your staff.
